I’m not afraid to step into complexity, and guiding teams with divergent views from confusion to a shared vision is where I shine.
With over 15 years of experience, I have thrived in environments where agility and multi-tasking are non-negotiable. From strategic planning to multi-stakeholder engagement, I have led complex files involving regulatory affairs and trade facilitation. Over the years, I chaired two national committees involving federal, provincial, academic, and private sector partners.
I can move the room forward when alignment breaks down.
Having stepped into a leadership role early in my nonprofit career, I've recognized the gaps in support available to middle managers. I designed the Virage curriculum to provide the practical guidance and community I wished I had when starting my own management journey.
