At Virage, we equip emerging and mid-level nonprofit leaders with practical, curriculum-based training to help them lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose, especially in moments of change and uncertainty.

Marie-Eve Levert
I’m not afraid to step into complexity, and guiding teams with divergent views from confusion to a shared vision is where I shine.
I have over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. I've worked primarily with small nonprofits, wearing many hats, from regulatory affairs and trade facilitation to strategic planning, fundraising and multi-stakeholder engagement. Over the years, I've facilitated over $7 million in grants awarded to Canadian nonprofits and chaired two national committees involving federal, provincial, academic, and sector partners.
Nonprofit work can be messy: I can move the room forward when alignment breaks down.
Having stepped into a leadership role early in my nonprofit career, I've recognized the gaps in support available to middle managers. I designed the Virage curriculum to provide the practical guidance and community I wished I had when starting my own management journey.
